Baseball Velocity School

Baseball Velocity School is a specialized pitching development program in the Austin area designed for players who want to dramatically improve their velocity, mechanics, and overall performance through a structured, individualized system.

Founded by former Division I coach Jason Alamo, the program was built around a core belief: most players are not lacking effort — they’re lacking direction. Baseball Velocity School provides a clear development framework that connects mechanics, strength, flexibility, mindset, and routine into a single system that athletes can follow step-by-step.

Unlike large, impersonal training facilities, Baseball Velocity School operates in a small, boutique training environment focused on high-attention coaching and meaningful development. Players receive personalized instruction and a customized progression plan designed to maximize their individual strengths and long-term potential.

Players travel from across the greater Austin region—including Round Rock, Cedar Park, Leander, Georgetown, Liberty Hill, Dripping Springs, Lake Travis, and Westlake—to train in the program’s private facility. Athletes from dozens of high schools across Central Texas have participated in the program while working toward improved performance, college opportunities, and long-term athletic development.
