180 Performance Center

180 Performance Center is a comprehensive baseball and softball training facility designed to give athletes everything they need in one location. Located in Leander (between Cedar Park and Round Rock), the 10,000+ sq. ft. indoor complex and expansive covered outdoor space eliminate the need to travel between cages, gyms, and practice fields—offering a complete development environment for youth, high school, collegiate, and professional athletes.

Founded by Keith Jackson—whose teams have helped over 500 players reach college programs or MLB organizations—180 was built on the belief that serious player development requires access to the right tools, technology, and coaching in one integrated setting.

The facility includes five indoor batting cages, three professional-spec indoor pitching lanes, a full-sized turf infield, and a 6,500 sq. ft. covered outdoor training area configurable into up to ten cages. Athletes train using modern baseball technologies such as HitTrax and Hack Attack pitching machines, while on-site strength and conditioning is provided through a dedicated gym space operated by True Grind Systems.

180 Performance Center offers private lessons, group instruction, cage rentals, infield rentals, camps, clinics, and membership options. With experienced coaches from professional, collegiate, and high school backgrounds, the facility emphasizes development, hard work, discipline, and fun—creating an environment where athletes can build confidence, sharpen skills, and compete at their highest potential level.
